Join us for the next monthly meeting on Thursday, September 2nd at Dubsdread Country Club.
Chad Mackey of DMI Paving & Sealcoating will present a CEU, “Basic ADA & How It Pertains to Parking Lots.” This course will provide an understanding of ADA that will allow them to recognize a legally compliant disabled parking stall and signage, understand what is an accessible route and path of travel. They will learn how ramps, slopes, and grades differ and when detectable warning surfaces are to be installed. Finally, you will learn how the new ADA laws that went into effect on March 15, 2012 changed and how those changes may affect their properties.
Registration begins at 11:30am and the program begins at 12pm.
Manager Members & Homeowner Leaders (HOA Board Members) are FREE and Business Partners will be a flat $30. REGISTER ASAP. NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS AFTER 9/1/21 at 12pm WILL BE BILLED $30.
