SUMMARY:2017 Tradeshow: Adventures in the Association
DESCRIPTION:CA Day is an annual tradeshow bridging the gap between homeowners\, board members\, managers\, and the business partners that support them. The tradeshow is no ordinary tradeshow. Every year we choose a theme and immerse ourselves producing a truly exceptional tradeshow experience\, with this year’s theme being “Adventures in the Association.” Each booth will be participating in best booth designs and visitor engagement competitions. All of this is aimed at bringing an adventurous experience to our annual tradeshow. \nThere will be FREE Education Classes available to registered attendees from 10:30am-1:30pm\, 125 vendor expo booths to visit from 2pm-6pm\, thousands of dollars in raffle prize giveaways\, and the After Party from 6pm-10pm. \nAFTER PARTY Presented by CEPRA Landscape\nDon’t wait to purchase your ticket the Tradeshow After Party! Tickets are available online (click here) for $35 until March 23rd. BOOTHS ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT\, but some sponsorships are still available. \nTRADESHOW BOOTH EXHIBITOR ATTENDEES\nFor the Regular Booths\, each exhibitor company is alloted two representatives. For the Premium Booths\, each exhibitor company is alloted four representatives. If you need additional exhibitor representatives at your booth\, you will need to purchase a ticket for $35 per additional representative. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ADDITIONAL EXHIBITORS AT YOUR BOOTH. \nSUITCASING POLICY\nCAI has a no tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing\,” which describes the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting tradeshow participants for conflicting social activities. Violators of these policies will be ejected from the tradeshow if applicable\, and charged $3000 which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee\, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI events. \nHOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS\nYou may reserve your room at the Gaylord in advance for the CAI discount block rate of $169.
