DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Orange County Neighborhood Preservation & Revitalization Office and City of Orlando Office of Communications & Neighborhood Relations\nAll newly elected or appointed Condo & mandatory HOA board members are required by Florida law to certify in writing that they have read their association’s governing documents and will faithfully discharge their fiduciary responsibilities to the association’s members or take a state certified course and submit a Certificate of Completion. This workshop meets these certification requirements. Board members will learn what they need to know to be an effective mandatory association board member. \nThis course is conducted by attorneys specializing in mandatory associations.
