DESCRIPTION:Join us on June 7th for a Reserves & Budgeting presentation with guest speaker Nick Benneman\, Southeast Regional Account Manager of Reserve Advisors\, entitled “Healthy\, Wealthy\, and Wise Reserving for the Future.” 1 hour of CE credit in either the IFM (Insurance and Financial Management) or ELE (Elective) category. In addition\, we are now approved for credit for managers toward the CMCA credentials. \nMake your communities more healthy and wealthy by wisely identifying\, calculating and funding reserves. Gain an in-depth knowledge of requirements and procedures for establishing reserves for community associations\, with special emphasis on the statutes 718.112 and 720.303 and FL Administrative Code (61B-22.005).
