Successful completion of the M-100 can be the first step toward earning the CMCA credential\, awarded by CAMICB Topics include: \n\nRoles and responsibilities of managers\, owners\, committees and the board\nManagement ethics\nDeveloping\, implementing and enforcing rules\nOrganizing and conducting board meetings\nPreparing budgets and funding reserves\nAssessment collection policies and procedures\nCollecting delinquent payments\nFinancial statements\, reporting methods and operations\nEvaluating risk management and insurance programs\nImplementing maintenance programs\nPreparing bid requests and identifying key contract provisions\nRecruiting\, selecting and managing personnel\nManaging sustainable and developing communities\n\nCourse Materials (Included with Registration) \nParticipant guide and flash drive with bonus readings and materials (Online students will receive a hard copy of the course manual via UPS 1-2 weeks after registration for future use\, but is not intended to be used in the completion of the online program.
